Senior Deskside Engineer

In Computacenter we are looking for our new Senior Deskside Engineer to work for one of our prestigious client. 


Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Define equipment needed
  • Stock Management
  • Collect equipment from/to stock
  • Test equipment
  • Configure equipment
  • Install/uninstall equipment in rooms
  • Create/update/close ServiceNow and Remedy tickets
  • Update operational procedures
  • Propose operational improvements


Concerned equipment: 

  • Screens, Touch panels, Digital signage
  • Fixed phones, CISCO devices
  • Webcams, Mics
  • Cables




  • Fluent English & Spanish required, ticketing tool is in English, capability to read and write in English
  • Previous experience as Deskside Engineer (ideally 5 years)
  • Good presentation, all interventions are on-site in front of customers
  • Ability to adapt and communicate
  • Autonomous
