Customer Engineer
About the role
As a Customer Engineer, you will provide a range of hardware, software, and network technical support, that include troubleshooting, staging and configuration, and resolving tickets for internal and external customers.
Salary range: $21/HR - $28/HR USD
What you’ll be doing
- Perform a range of technical work activities at customer site to meet business and customer requirements supporting IMAC activities:
- Including but not limited to imaging of PC devices, asset & inventory management, desk setups, desktop technology relocations, and end user infrastructure deployments
- Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages in line with company processes to meet business and customer requirements.
- Document and reports on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures.
- Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met and evaluate escalations and action appropriately to ensure customer demands are met
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience.
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.
What you have
Role Responsibilities:
- Update, assign, and decommission asset information within ServiceNow
- Desktop\Laptop support services(Windows and Mac)
- Conference Room support(Google and Crestron)
- Account management(passwords, access, and account info)
Role Requirements & Applicable Technologies:
- 2 years of work experience
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Resiliency/Flexibility
- Windows and OSX security fundamentals
- Knowledge and prior use of Ticket-tracking software
- Familiarity with servicing abroad spectrum of development collaboration tools, including Active Directory, Duo, YubiKey and Google Apps/Suite, and SSO
- Foundational understanding of Agile
- Can lift 50+lbs
