Computacenter’s ServiceNow business is delivering significant YoY growth and is increasingly pivotal for our customers to help increase the speed, efficiency and innovation of their key business services. Due to the increased demand, and opportunity, we are looking for enthusiastic specialists to join our highly motivated team.
 


What you'll do

 

  • Work with the Computacenter account team to identify ServiceNow opportunities and develop pipeline within customers.
  • Lead negotiations, customise negotiation strategy and coordinate complex decision-making processes, whilst overcoming objections to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Evaluate business challenges and objectives across customers in order to optimize service now opportunities.  
  • Show insight to our customers and partners regarding ServiceNow and offer innovative technology solutions.
  • Develop strong knowledge of industry trends by developing proactive professional relationships with ServiceNow.
  • Provide leadership and knowledge to customers and maintain a strong presence in the ServiceNow community.

 

What you'll need

 

  • Professional sales experience selling product & service solutions.
  • Experience negotiating large, complex sales.
  • Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented with strong skills in presenting, communicating, organizing, multi-tasking and time management
  • Experienced in both new business acquisition and existing customer growth
