Sales Specialist - Workplace and End-user

Computacenter in looking to grow our Workplace Solution Sales team due to the business growth and demand. As part of that expansion we are looking for customer centric people that are hungry to achieve their career goals
 
 
Main Responsibilities  

  • Work with the Account team to identify workplace / end user solutions opportunities and develop pipeline within Customers 
  • Identify new Workplace opportunities by engaging with key business and technical contacts, understanding customers’ business challenges and technology priorities, governance, decision and budget processes and landing the value proposition 
  • Own opportunities from qualification to close by orchestrating a team of stakeholders consisting of technical consultants, project managers and partner across an extensive portfolio of solutions areas, escalating issues for internal business and technical teams 
  • Lead negotiations, customise negotiation strategy and coordinate decision-making processes, whilst overcoming objections to maximise sales opportunities. 
  • Evaluate contract spend in a given organization in order to optimise spending patterns, technology usage, and implementation strategies. 
  • Show insight to our customers and partners regarding workplace contracts and agreements 
  • Compete proactively to win new business through differentiated business value, evaluating customer alternatives and refining competitive strategy  
  • Develop strong knowledge of industry trends by building proactive professional relationships with vendor partners 

 

The Ideal Candidate 

  • Ability to plan, pitch, and execute a territory sales strategy, demonstrating excellent strategic, analytical thinking, and written and verbal communication skills  
  • Experience selling professional services and fit for purpose Workplace solution 
  • Ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional/matrixed environment. 
  • Collaborative. Work cohesively with members of the Computacenter sales, consultancy, partners, engineering, and marketing to solve customer issues, leverage best practices, & deliver results. 
  • Experience in selling transformation programmes is preferred  
  • Sound negotiating skills and ability to close large and complex deals 
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets 
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment 
  • Highly motivated looking to earn financial reward
