Sales Enablement Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Enablement Training Co-ordinator to join Computacenter to provide a dynamic and professional support to the Sales team.  The role will report to the Head of Sales Enablement and Customer Communication and will be based from either our Blackfriars or Hatfield office.  There will be some travel required between Computacenter offices.


In Summary:
Sales Enablement Trainer/ Coordinator will work closely with senior leaders and their sales force ensuring a comprehensive sales enablement programme is tailored and effectively delivered. This position requires a good understanding of the business-to-business sales cycle and customer lifecycle, and the ability to use that knowledge to create communication and training methods to increase the sales efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.  You will own the execution for the enablement programs.


The Sales Enablement team undertakes enablement activities to support our customer facing teams in growing the pipeline within new and our existing customer base. 


What you will do
•    Execute against a holistic sales enablement strategy that includes enablement on Computacenter’s systems and processes, products & solutions, industry expertise.
•    Refine enablement priorities with sales leadership and other stakeholders, and drive alignment on those priorities. 
•    Work with our Technology Partners and our creatives to develop internal resources, enablement sessions, and sales materials.
•    Develop and communicate an ongoing enablement calendar, coordinating with other cross-functional teams. 
•    Create and deliver engaging content virtually and in-person at our office. 
•    Be creative with a variety of training techniques, concepts, learning tools, to ensure maximum effectiveness of the training. 
•    Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to understand where we have opportunities to improve. Measure the Return of Investment of enablement programs in addition to the impact on key business metrics. 


What you will bring to the role
•    Experience in working in a Sales environment. 
•    Strong organisational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required. 
•    Experience in executing a Sales Enablement programme (or similar training programmes) for both office and field-based teams.
•    A strong understanding of the different Sales Enablement needs in technology or professional services companies. 
•    Experience creating enablement content including presentations, decks, and videos. 
•    Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders. 
•    Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
