Our Salespeople play a critical role in providing technology and solutions to some of the world's leading organisations helping to address their business needs and objectives more efficiently whilst generating revenue and growth of the company. Together with your fellow Associates, you’ll develop the essential skills and business acumen to become one of our highly regarded, world-class sales professionals who are at the front and centre of our business.
Working in sales you’ll be part of a high-performing, proactive team working in a supportive and rewarding environment. Collaborating closely with your colleagues, you’ll get to learn from the best on how to help our customers Source, Transform and Manage their technology infrastructure to deliver digital transformation, enabling people and their businesses.

These are fundamental as we support your learning in how to articulate Computacenter’s capabilities and how to differentiate yourselves in the market. You'll be coached in how to establish a strong network across the IT industry and the essential skills you’ll need to build long-term relationships with our customers.

What you’ll do

Spend time on rotations within relevant areas of the business to understand our business, our core capabilities and how we operate.

Build your understanding of how different products and solutions help to address customer business goals and objectives.

Develop the fundamental sales skills required to become a high-performing salesperson through simulated sales activities, presentations, training and 121 coaching.

Support with sales campaigns, producing customer-facing documentation and developing your knowledge on our internal tools and processes.

Drive your personal development by working to understand yourself, establishing your personal brand and strategic stakeholder engagement.

Work towards a Level-3 IT Technical Salesperson qualification.
What you’ll need
-
You’ll have a degree at any classification in any discipline or up to 3 years of previous experience within a customer facing or IT-Industry role.

You’ll have a minimum of 2 GSCEs or equivalent at Grade C/4 in both Maths and English Language.

You’ll have a keen interest in sales and technology.

You’ll need to be proactive and good at managing your time.

You’ll be proactive, driven, hardworking and capable of managing multiple priorities.

You’ll be personable with the ability to build relationships.

You’ll have a growth mindset and be inquisitive.
