Our Salespeople play a critical role in providing technology and solutions to some of the world's leading organisations helping to address their business needs and objectives while generating revenue and growth for the company. Working in sales you’ll be part of a high-performing, proactive team, that helps our customers Source, Transform and Manage their technology infrastructure to deliver digital transformation and provide solutions that help them to change the world. 

 

Our 16-month Sales Associates Programme 2026, starting in September offers you a structured development path, with access to some of the industry's best training and a platform to accelerate your career in sales. Working with your fellow Associates both in the UK and across Europe, you’ll learn how to effectively execute the full sales cycle and develop the essential skills and business acumen to build long-term relationships with our world-renowned customers and become one of our highly regarded, world-class sales professionals who are at the front and centre of our business.

What you’ll do

  • Spend time on rotations within relevant areas of the business to understand our business, core capabilities and how we operate.
  • Build your understanding of how different products and our solutions help to address customer business goals and objectives.
  • Develop the fundamental sales skills required to become a high-performing salesperson through simulated sales activities, presentations, training and 121 coaching.
  • Support with sales campaigns, producing customer-facing documentation and developing your knowledge on our internal tools and processes.
  • Drive your personal development by working to understand yourself, establishing your personal brand and strategic stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop your sales skills with external industry recognised training and qualifications.

 

What you’ll need

  • You are degree educated (any subject and any classification accepted) or you have 2-3 years’ worth of experience in a sales or customer facing role.
  • You’ll have a keen interest in technology and sales.
  • You’ll be personable with the ability to communicate and build relationships
  • You’ll be hardworking and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • You’ll be personable with the ability to build relationships.
  • You’ll have a growth mindset and be inquisitive.
  • You are free from September 2026 to start the 16-month Professional Sales Graduate Programme
