Due to the continued growth and success across our ServiceNow business, a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an additional Solution Leader to join the UK ServiceNow sales team. The successful applicant will be responsible for helping Computacenter accelerate its ServiceNow offerings and support the ServiceNow Sales team to qualify and understand customers business challenges, build solutions that meets their needs, and create proposals that outline Computacenter’s ServiceNow solutions & services.
What you'll do
- Drive ServiceNow campaigns into wider Computacenter customer strategy
- Own the product relationship with a number of strategic customers, to support the development of further opportunity with a long-term path of growth.
- Consultative engagement with Senior customer stakeholders, to understand key customer challenges and objectives. Provide leadership and direction on how ServiceNow can help unlock value.
- Can articulate how ServiceNow fits into the broader technology landscape, to improve experience and support transformation to future ways of working.
- Advise and guide on all aspects required to enable success of a ServiceNow transformation, including;
- Strategy and Capability roadmap
- Construct of the customers internal capability
- Appropriate Governance model
- Alignment with operating model
- Enablement & engagement requirements
- Owning Sales Enablement messaging and content relating to our ServiceNow strategy within our Sector Sales teams, working with the ServiceNow Specialists to enable our Sector Sales teams.
- Maintaining industry awareness and leveraging market knowledge to input into definition of Computacenter’s ServiceNow strategy.
- Work closely with Computacenter’s ServiceNow delivery teams, to ensure project delivery is in line with customer strategic directive.
- Contributes to strategic thinking and medium-term strategic direction within Computacenter’s ServiceNow offerings.
- Collaborating with Computacenter’s Business Lines to identify and develop cross functional solution offerings.
- Actively participates in Computacenter’s internal initiatives
- Serves as a motivating role model and maintains the ability to support and coach less experienced team members, and cross functional teams.
- Engaging with ServiceNow’s Solution and Product owners gaining early insight into new developments and opportunities, to enable the creation of new or innovative solutions Computacenter can take to market.
- Collaborating with ServiceNow industry teams to improve and understand alignment with our shared customers.
- Promote Computacenter’s capabilities into the Partner and Sales teams.
- Attending and Representing Computacenter at Industry events, as the ServiceNow Lead Authority within our key markets.
- Creating externally facing thought leadership collateral
What you'll need
- A strong background in leading and implementing multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform, particularly the core applications underpinning IT Workflow .
- Strong Leadership skills – capable of stepping into new environment and taking a leading role, with confidence and credibility, and must be capable of engaging passionately to bring people along the journey
- Advanced relationship building skills – must have experience and confidence of building customer relationships a CxO and Director level
- Advanced Consulting skills
- Advanced Project Delivery experience – authentic and can talk from experience of delivering large complex implementations, ideally from the perspective of being a customer.
- Strong Analytical skills
