You’ll lead a high-performing community of consultants, architects, and specialists delivering cutting-edge cloud and application solutions across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, private cloud, and modern application platforms.

What you’ll do
- Define and execute the Cloud & Applications practice strategy, enhancing our service offerings and delivery frameworks across both nearshore and offshore teams.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a technical community through recruitment, skills development, certification, and resource planning.
- Support sales teams as a senior SME—shaping opportunities, attending customer meetings, and contributing to winning bids.
- Oversee delivery quality across all engagements, ensuring compliance with methodologies, governance, and security standards.
- Sponsor major projects to manage risk and ensure successful business outcomes.
- Manage full P&L for the practice including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, margin, and utilisation.
- Strengthen relationships with key technology partners and influence joint go-to-market initiatives.
What you’ll need
- Strong technical leadership across Azure, AWS, and GCP, with expertise in cloud-native architecture, modernisation, DevOps, automation, and containerisation.
- Proven experience leading and growing technical teams within cloud and/or application practices
- A track record in growing cloud/application practices and supporting sales cycles.
- Strong financial acumen with experience owning P&L and driving commercial performance.
- Excellent communication skills, able to operate confidently with C-suite and technical audiences.
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on when needed, with a customer-centric, proactive, and innovative mindset.
- Preferred certifications: Azure/AWS/GCP Architect, ITIL/TOGAF, Kubernetes, DevOps.
