  • Provide strategic guidance to customers on digital transformation, organisational change, and workplace technology roadmaps
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor
  • Lead and support pre-sales activities, including large and complex responses to RFPs, RFIs and ITTs
  • Collaborate across consultancy, engineering, sales, delivery and operations teams to design innovative workplace platform solutions
  • Work closely with partners and solution leaders to develop market-leading Microsoft 365 and Modern Management service offerings
  • Drive governance and assurance across transformation solutions, ensuring quality and reducing delivery risk
  • Promote thought leadership internally and externally, using social channels and professional networks to raise awareness of our expertise

What you’ll need

  • Significant experience in IT consultancy, with a strong understanding of consulting and project delivery methodologies
  • Proven line management experience, with the ability to coach, mentor and inspire technical teams
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Modern Management, Application & Desktop Virtualisation, and workplace platform technologies
  • A strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and digital transformation programmes
  • Experience in pre-sales solution development, including requirements gathering, solution design, and cost modelling
  • Strong governance and assurance experience across both pre-sales and project delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging C-level executives, senior leaders and technical teams
  • Experience leading virtual teams and collaborating across multiple business functions
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing utilisation, forecasting and service development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A proactive mindset and passion for driving innovation and developing new solutions

If you’re looking for a leadership role where you can combine people development, strategic consultancy, and technical innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
