We are excited to announce we are now looking to hire a PA into our thriving Group Professional Services (GPS) organisation within Computacenter. You will be working closely with two of our senior leaders, our Group Business Solutions Director and our Group Operations Director.
You will engage with a network of other PAs throughout the company and critical functions ensuring the leader and their respective team are as effective as possible in their missions across the group.
You will be forward thinking, highly organised and have a “can do” attitude in this highly dynamic team.

What you’ll do
You will get involved with diary management, travel co-ordination, through to administrative duties with opportunity to get involved in interesting projects and creative tasks. This opportunity will be varied and exciting with new challenges every day.
- Participating in Senior Leader team meetings
- Extensive Diary Management
- Booking and arranging meetings; ensuring meeting rooms, catering requirements are taken care of
- Meeting Preparation; producing agendas, producing minutes, and following up on actions.
- Assisting with Presentations for Internal and External Stakeholders
- Representing the director, ensuring they are kept up to date with all relevant information.
- Management and vetting of emails, creating suitable responses on behalf of the Director where appropriate.
- Prioritisation of emails and categorisation
- Responsible for the management of ad-hoc projects
- Organising and assisting with Events
- Arranging and hosting monthly MS Teams Events, as well as ad-hoc MS Townhalls
- Assist with wider Communications.
- Administration of direct reports’ personnel issues, including holiday, pay review submission, etc.
- Monitoring expenditure approvals, finding out additional information if required.
- Completing and submitting the Directors expenses and mileage logs on a timely basis
- National and International travel arrangements
- Manage several Approval systems, ensuring all information is gathered before processing.
- The role may require some travel.
What you’ll need
- Solid administrative and or PA experience
- Experience of relevant business system e.g. SAP
- Good knowledge of MS Applications
- Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information.
- Personable and able to liaise at all levels of the business.
- Excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Proven planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to maintain confidentiality.
