Are you looking for a great opportunity to join a market leading IT company as a Managed Services Sales Specialist?  responsible for sales leading of qualifying, bidding and winning large complex IT outsource services. 

 

The Managed Services Sales team sits within our Strategic Campaigns function and are responsible for winning new and renewing expiring annuity IT Outsourcing contracts which are critical to working long term with our customers. The team sells annuity business contracts along with an ever increasing Technology Sourcing number as the aaS market increases, and live and breathe Computacenter winning together values. 


As a Managed Service Sales Specialist, you will work alongside or in place of our Account Management teams to create relationships and a clear understanding of our customers buying centres and business priorities to undertake the bids where we solution, respond, negotiate and contract the services.

 

What you will be doing

  • Identify and qualify opportunities within large complex organisations
  • Create and develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Set the sales and win strategy for both new prospects and key client development
  • Be the client expert and understand client current and future needs and lead bid team to create a compelling, innovative and fit for purpose solutions/proposals that solve client problems
  • Lead the bid team to produce complex IT Outsourcing solution and ensure that all wider resources are utilised to create compelling value propositions
  • Create a trusted partner relationship with client and all external stakeholders
  • Accountable for the quality of bid submission and accurate and compelling pricing through leadership of virtual teams
  • Produce bids that evidence our value and adhere to customer requirements, whilst being competitive and affordable and providing quality and reliability of services
  • Responsible for bringing the deal home and closing effectively

  • Ability to create followership, empowering all to shine and offer innovative solutions whilst on occasion working outside of comfort zones and breaking new ground
  • Ability to build effective relationships and influence at all levels
  • Create and control business opportunities in accordance with policy, stakeholder demands and governance processes 
  • Able to Sell the difference and demonstrate why your offering is superior, / why Computacenter
  • Expert within Services industry and how clients get value from technology, but not necessarily a product or technology expert
  • Experience of winning in a lead role IT outsourcing sales campaigns
  • Able to compellingly present complex solutions in a business value context
  • Outstanding negotiator with the ability to create a win/win for both business and client
  • Educated to high standard and significant industry experience
