You’ll join a collaborative, diverse, and high performing community that operates across multiple European countries. This is a place where people matter, where your leadership shapes how we work with global vendor partners, how we deliver value to our customers, and how we grow our Technology Sourcing business.
You’ll partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, Services, and Technology Sourcing teams - working together to deliver innovative, multi vendor solutions that help our customers achieve their goals. If you're excited by big responsibility, meaningful impact, and leading talented teams across multiple borders, you’ll feel right at home here.
What you’ll do
- Lead the European Partner Management organisation, setting a clear direction and driving operational excellence across countries.
- Build, strengthen, and represent Computacenter in executive level relationships with the world’s biggest technology vendors and distributors.
- Maximise commercial performance - negotiating investment programs, optimising partnership income and incentive structures, and driving strong key performance results.
- Partner with Sales and go to market teams to bring vendor value to life - shaping competitive propositions, improving pricing advantages, and fuelling revenue growth.
- Ensure robust governance and efficient purchasing operations, championing continuous improvement and streamlined ways of working.
- Lead a large, multicultural team - coaching, inspiring, and developing talent while fostering a collaborative, one team culture across Europe.
- Drive transformation through aligning Partner Management to technology areas, and modernising processes and tools.
What you’ll need
- Senior leadership experience within the IT channel with partner vendor management - ideally spanning multiple countries.
- Prior regional (e.g. Europe,EMEA) or global level leadership experience with full P&L responsibility is essential.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with deep knowledge of rebate models, incentives, purchasing, supply chain dynamics, and vendor programme optimisation.
- A proven track record of building and influencing C suite relationships with major global technology partners.
- Strong understanding of the IT infrastructure and solutions market (e.g. OEMs, software publishers, cloud providers, distributors).
- A strategic, inspiring leader who drives transformation, champions collaboration, and develops high performing teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across cultures; fluent English is essential, with German or French an advantage.
- A hands on, can do mindset - resilient, adaptable, and motivated to shape the future of our partner ecosystem.
If you’re ready to lead at scale, shape the future of Europe’s most strategic vendor partnerships, and make a real commercial impact in a business where people truly matter—we’d love to hear from you.
