Life on the team

As a Change Manager, you'll play a key role in helping our customers successfully adopt new technologies, services and ways of working. Working within Computacenter's Adoption & Change Management (ACM) practice, you'll support the delivery of business change activities across a variety of digital and transformation programmes. 

You'll work closely with project teams, stakeholders and end users to ensure change is effectively planned, communicated and embedded, driving successful adoption and long-term business outcomes. 

What you'll do 

• Deliver change management activities across technology and transformation projects. 
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis. 
• Develop and implement engagement, communication, training and readiness plans. 
• Work with project managers and delivery teams to integrate change activities into project plans. 
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to build understanding and support adoption. 
• Identify and manage people-related risks, including resistance, skills gaps and change fatigue. 
• Monitor adoption and readiness, providing recommendations to improve outcomes. 
• Produce regular progress updates and support governance, assurance and project reporting. 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Computacenter's Adoption & Change Management practice. 

What you'll need 

• Experience delivering business change or adoption activities within technology, digital or organisational change programmes. 
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. 
• Experience creating and executing change plans, impact assessments and engagement activities. 
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical change into business impact. 
• Experience working within complex or regulated environments. 
• Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG) or Project Management qualifications. 
• Experience supporting communications, training or adoption measurement activities. 
• Exposure to large-scale IT or digital transformation programmes. 
• Confidence working in fast paced environments with a delivery focused approach 
• Strong commercial or pre-sales experience would be preferred.
