What you’ll be doing

 

The successful Internal Account Manager will play an active role in supporting your account. The Internal Account Manager (IAM) is an integral part of our Account Team approach and supplements the resources offered to customers and allows the Account Manager to use their time more effectively with customers. The IAM will be predominately office based to take all queries and will be responsible for:

 

  • Actively providing information
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Ensuring all orders are processed
  • Acting as a central point of contact when the Account Manager is attending on-site meeting.


As well as delivering day-to-day information through our online Tech sourcing system, services, and information are also available directly from the IAM as required. This ensures that person-to-person interaction between our organisations is retained during the term of the contract.

  • Highly advantageous - Prior experience in an Internal Account Manager / Customer Service Representative capacity
