What you’ll do
 

  • Act as the primary customer liaison, managing the sale of complex services and solutions to maximise profitability
  • Own and maintain sales documentation and methodologies to support an effective and informed sales process
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and management to ensure solutions are aligned to customer requirements
  • Successfully close complex deals while identifying opportunities to enhance commercial value
  • Address and resolve customer queries promptly to drive high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Take full ownership of operational transactions to ensure clear accountability for the customer relationship
  • Proactively build and strengthen relationships across multiple customers, seniority levels, and opportunities
  • Identify and develop a broad pipeline of customers and opportunities to support targeted sales campaigns


 What you’ll need
 

  • Strong track record in new business generation
  • Ideally have knowledge/experience with insurance customers or financial service customers
  • Ability to build effective and constructive relationships across a number of customers and opportunities.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT services and products
  • Commercial, Financial, and legal understanding
  • Negotiation and influencing skills applied across the various customer organisations.
  • Ability to build effective and constructive relationships across a number of larger and more complex customers and opportunities at all levels.
  • Ability to move business forward, even during challenging periods
