International Bus Enablement Specialist
About the role
The International Business Enablement Specialist is a key contributor to expanding and accelerating global capability for our US based global customers. This role drives global solution adoption and revenue growth by combining strategic enablement with consultative sales expertise. The position focuses on empowering regional teams, aligning solutions with diverse market needs, and delivering measurable business outcomes across international territories.
Annual salary range: $113K - $170K USD

- Identify and develop opportunities across the US, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Monitor developments and changes in the supply chain and stay up to date with laws and regulations.
- Build strong relationships with international clients and partners to drive solution adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with localized teams to create proposals and presentations.
- Design and implement enablement programs tailored for diverse markets.
- Deliver training, playbooks, and best practices to regional sales teams to improve productivity and solution positioning.
- Analyze global processes and provide actionable insights to optimize processes and accelerate growth.
- Review internal and external processes and documents to identify business risks and implement solutions that minimize exposure moving forward.
- Ensure alignment between global sales strategy and local operational capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between global sales and regional teams to streamline workflows.
- Develop and manage export strategies for solutions, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with legal, partners, and compliance teams to mitigate risks related to cross-border transactions.
- Optimize logistics and delivery processes for international solution deployment.
- Help to design end-to-end implementation of solutions, ensuring timely and successful delivery for global clients.
- Manage professional services engagements, including scoping, resource allocation, and project governance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of professional services with product offerings.
- Lead complex negotiations and close deals that meet regional compliance and cultural requirements.
- Utilize and provide management with recommendations to improve procurement processes, system interfaces, and reporting to manage risks and ensure adherence to appropriate controls.

What you have
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Computer Science, or equivalent in work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise software, hardware renewals, and asset management service agreements with diverse solutions from multiple vendors.
- 3+ years as a presales Technology Generalist and solutioning professional.
- Proven experience in international sales, business enablement, export compliance, and professional services delivery.
- Knowledge of global trade regulations, export controls, and compliance processes.
- Expertise in managing international professional services projects.
- Experience with IT delivery methodologies.
- Understanding and Knowledge of IT Trends and Business needs.
- Able to engage, and interact effectively, with people from many different disciplines.
- Excellent communication and cultural adaptability skills for global engagement.
- Ability to develop and maintain client engagements/relationships.
- Develop and deliver international presentations.
- Ability to design in-depth, complex commercial solutions
- In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure technology and its business application
- Demonstrable ability to provide input into commercial/technical documents and to develop solution specific business cases
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present at large internal and external audiences and at board level.
- In-depth understanding of international business.
- Ability to lead and organize a large virtual technical team
- Good negotiation skill
- Good knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of IT technologies and products
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language
- Good self-organization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
