Senior Service Manager (Leeds / Bradford)

Life on the team

 

Computacenter manages some of the largest UK based retailers in the country and globally and are seeking a Senior Service Manager to support key Retail accounts based near Bradford and Leeds (onsite 3-4 days a week).  Reporting to the Service Director, the Senior Service Manager will be responsible for Service billing and financial control whilst ensuring that the Commercial, legal and value framework for the service is achieved throughout the life of the control


What you’ll do

 

The successful Senior Service Manager will be responsible for;-

 

  • The service P&L for their portfolio accounts
  • Be accountable for all Services delivered to our Contractual and Professional Services customers
  • Reporting and data management across their portfolio including the production of the monthly service reports.
  • Responsible for driving continuous improvement across the group, interfacing with third parties
  • Provide leadership and management of the “virtual team”, ensuring alignment between Services, Sales and Delivery.
  • Responsible for the management of contract risk management, confirming the monetary value of all risk in the risk log and communicating with the customer to reduce commercial risk and addressing issues as they arise.  Maintaining a risk, issues, and escalations log (including Security) on behalf of the SD to ensure that the Service Workbook is achieved.
  • Interfacing with Commercial, legal and account teams to confirm the effective delivery of change to achieve the benefits that have been outlined to be achieved over the lifetime of the contract..
  • Cultivate and own key stakeholder relationships, to comprehensively understand their business and ultimately delight the customer.
  • Together with the Sales team, you will drive growth in Contractual and Professional Services.

  • Ability to think strategically, set goals, measure success, and demonstrate strong business acumen.
  • An inquisitive, innovative, change oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to work from the Customer site one to two days a week, as required.
