Due to continued growth and success a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our Expert Services Team. The successful applicant will perform a variety of tasks supporting one of our major customers; Inputting data into a customer toolset, placing orders on a customer system, creating reports for internal stakeholders and customers. 


The successful individual will be responsible for supporting customers with a variety of tasks, as outlined below;-

 

What you’ll do

 

 

  • Data entry into customer specific Software Asset Management tool (Service Now) 50%
  • Supporting Computacenter to capture all renewals from various reporting sources
  • Purchasing adhoc licensing where tooling identifies a shortfall
  • Uploading consumption reports from suppliers into toolset
  • Organisation of software License Keys
  • Effective License Positions (training to be provided)
  • Reporting and dashboard creation and management
  • Request management
    • Queue management
    • Team mailbox management

 

What you’ll need

 

  • Basic Software License Management knowledge is desirable but not essential
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Knowledge / experience of desirable:-
    • Service Now or another Service Management toolset
    • Flexera FNMS or another Asset Management toolset
    • Excel 
    • Access
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Attention to detail 
  • Process driven

 

IMPORTANT - This job will require 2 days at customer site (Leeds) and 1 day in our Manchester office each week.
