Partner Renewal Coordinator
About the role
The Partner Renewal Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Renewals team by identifying and creating future renewal opportunities from invoiced orders and ensuring accurate product tracking through serial uploads. This role maintains data integrity across systems, streamlines renewal forecasting, and collaborates closely with the renewals team to support a seamless renewal lifecycle
What you'll be doing
- Review invoiced renewal orders to identify items requiring future renewal tracking
- Create renewal opportunities in Salesforce based on invoiced data from Batnet
- Ensure all opportunity details are accurate and aligned with the documented renewal process
- Complete serial number uploads through Salesforce accurately and in a timely manner to support vendor and customer requirements
- Troubleshoot serial issues and partner with the Renewals team, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain clean data to support automated renewal notifications and forecasting
- Ensure renewal data, serials, and opportunity details are consistently updated across systems including Salesforce, SAP, and applicable vendor portals
- Provide the Renewals team with visibility into upcoming renewal cycles and opportunity pipelines
- Assist in generating renewal-related reports or dashboards as needed
- Create customer quotes or quote templates with accurate quoting and ordering details, and submit them to the Partner Renewal Generalist for review
- Create material requests as needed for new part creation
- When customer revisions are required, partner with the Partner Renewal Generalist to ensure updates are made within the required SLA
- Support special renewal projects, data cleanup activities, and process improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned

What you have
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- 1–2 years of experience in renewals, operations, sales support, order processing, or related function.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Good knowledge and experience of Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft office and Teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Excellent self-organization and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Can build trust, be assertive when required and show initiative and enthusiasm.
- Resilience, and able to deal with stressful situations.
- Demonstrate an understanding of product supply chains.
- Team-oriented working and thinking.
