You are keen on eCommerce and want to play an important role in our eCommerce solution stack? Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for an Procure 2 Pay Solution Owner f/m/d to take end-to-end responsibility for our solutions in the area of integrations with our customers' eProcurement and IT Service Management systems. This means you will take care of everything related to the deployment, development, communication, training and documentation of this solution. You keep track of different tools or processes involved, which together result in a complete solution for our customers. Your goal is to keep the solution up to date and ensure customer satisfaction. You also drive innovation and ensure that all further developments are smoothly integrated into Computacenter.
 
What you'll do 

• you actively gather information and feedback on the solution and keep an eye on relevant trends in the market.
• you develop the solution further and create a roadmap for the planned new functions.
• you are the first contact and expert for the solution and its further development.
• you understand the business requirements for the further development of the solution and formulate them clearly and understandably.
• you check the performance of the solution you support.
• you coordinate the activities of the business units involved in major implementation projects.
• you support customer situations in relation to your specific solution throughout the lifecycle (design, implementation, in-life).
• you participate in meetings with sales and management to present your solution.
• you ensure that other business units operate in accordance with the Group's operating model and maintain productive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• you are responsible for effective escalation management.
• Identify critical issues for future business success and provide analysis and recommendations to senior management for major changes.

 
What you'll need 

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in e-commerce and are always up to date with the latest developments.
• Not only do you know your way around technologies and platforms such as BTP, ServiceNow or the SAP Business Network, but you are also an expert in commercial processes.
• Your extensive knowledge of the IT industry helps you to better understand the special requirements of our customers and your good communication skills underline your professional appearance.
• You are highly motivated, determined and strong in implementation and enjoy working in international teams.
• Complexity doesn't bother you, because your project management skills allow you to maintain an overview and full control at all times.
