We have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse warranty line/reverse logistics Operative in the Services logistics Warehouse. You will be supporting our customers with claiming warranty with the all vendors within SLA. You will need to have high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. You will have experience in administration and warehouse management systems (SAP), and experience with web portal would be highly desirable.  To be successful in the role you will be a great team player have excellent communication skills and focus on Asset tracking throughout the whole Warehouse process. You will work with the wider team to support processing and claiming warranty for different vendors.



Main Responsibilities


  • Processing parts on SAP
  • Updating SAP accurately
  • I.D for all vendors parts accordingly
  • Working with our courier partners
  • Checking the warranty on all vendors web portals
  • Claiming warranty for all vendors web portals (raising the RMA)
  • Working with third party suppliers to claim warranty
  • Despatching all venders warranty parts back to them
  • Managing the SLA
  •  Managing the all queries within SLA (Error Handing)
  • Using MS excel to maintain the reporting for all the vendors
  • Maintaining the accuracy on Serial and Asset tracking
  • Producing delivery notes and producing courier labels from partner websites
  • Maintaining high levels of housekeeping
  • Work within the SLA for all vendors
