If you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in accuracy and quality, this could be the perfect next step. We’re recruiting a Warehouse Stores/Dispatch Operative to join our Services Logistics Warehouse, supporting key dispatch operations across the UK and international deliveries.

You’ll be part of a hardworking, supportive team where accuracy and efficiency matter. Every day is different, and you’ll be working in a busy environment where your contribution has a direct impact on service delivery and customer satisfaction. This is a role for someone who enjoys working to targets, staying organised under pressure, and being part of a team that gets the job done right—first time.

 

What you’ll do

  • Shipping goods using six courier vendor platforms (UK and international)
  • Raising commercial invoices (export compliance knowledge beneficial)
  • Liaising with scheduling teams to coordinate dispatch activity
  • Ensuring SAP queues are cleared daily
  • Producing and sharing trunk manifests electronically with internal service providers and management
  • Creating an end of day report
  • Following escalation routes and raising issues promptly when required
  • Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards in a 6S working environment

 

What you’ll need

  • Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
  • Experience in warehouse practices including stock management, picking and putaways
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurised environment to a high level of accuracy
  • Good numerical skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet service level agreements
  • Strong communication skills (oral and electronic) with confidence escalating issues
  • A flexible approach to changing demands and workloads
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP / WMCS preferred)
  • Export compliance knowledge (advantageous)
  • Counterbalance FLT licence (advantageous)
  • A positive team-player attitude and willingness to learn quickly
