User Adoption Consultant

Team Overview

 

Adopting digital technology takes time, effort, and management. The Business Adoption Manager is accountable for overseeing and guiding the planning and execution of technology deployments to ensure the operational outcomes aligned to customer commitments will be achieved. This includes working with key stakeholders (internal and external) to identify any potential barriers to adoption and defining and deploying strategies to address any risks.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

A key aspect of this role is to understand the customer objectives, organisation values and the end user community to determine how any planned operational optimisations / technical implementations can be aligned and supports this. 

 

You will also be accountable for qualifying customer adoption profiles and working with the end user community and Senior Responsible Owners to create effective Engagement plans incl. but not restricted to the following:

 

  • Developing an Adoption roadmap with clear stages, deadlines, and goals
  • Creating a comms plan with employees, senior leaders, and stakeholders
  • Generating awareness and training, through business champion communities, digital adoption campaigns, workshops etc.
  • Collecting employee / customer feedback
  • Identifying further employee engagement and performance opportunities

 

What you’ll bring

 

  • The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a passion for working with people and technology. 
  • Strong communication skills with a background in change management is essential to this role. 
  • You should be experienced in working with large, complex customer implementations.
