Training Framework and Quality Manager

What you do: 


The Training & Quality Manager delivers successfully business change to GTS training and quality approach and skills via the creation and ownership of GTS Training and Quality frameworks




• Responsible for development of the GTS quality framework setting the GTS quality standards to ensure GTS are delivering a consistent service to our customers 

• Identifies quality KPIs, gathers and analyses relevant data against quality standards 

• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements including change recommendations and implemention

• Produces management reports to show quality performance and initiatives 

• Regularly reviews and assesses (in conjunction with the functional teams) the training and development needs of GTS based on quality analysis 

• Develops an environment of continuous improvement within GTS , providing training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards

•  Aligns with Group Quality Management and Assurance, aligning with the Service Quality Management Framework (SQMF) 




• Responsible for development of the GTS training framework covering all training, training content and materials in a consistent method across GTS 

• Co-ordinates and monitors the delivery of the training 

• Regularly reviews and assesses (in conjunction with the functional teams) the training and development needs of GTS and the effectiveness of the training content, delivery medium and techniques  

• Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and needs 

• Ensures relevant training material and content based on feedback received from GPOs and the business 

• Targets and coordinates experienced and fit internal SME and external resources for the delivery of TSI training 

• Produces management reports to provide up to date information on training progress 

• Accountable for overall training budget / P&L ensuring that spend is in line with budgetary limitations

 • Aligns with GMS ‘employee enablement’ and training team in GSD 


Skills and knowledge required:


• Minimum of a three-year course of field-based vocational training or course of study (Bachelor's degree) and career experience of at more than 3 years or technical specialisation or based on field-specific advanced training 

• Excellent decision making, organisational and leadership skills  

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills 

• Experience of managing cross cultures 

• Experience of creating performance metrics to capture and manage data 

• Demonstrates knowledge on training and teaching methods
