Technology Compliance Analyst

Location: UK - Hatfield | Job-ID: 80001 | Contract type: Standard | Business Unit: Inhouse IT

 

Placed within our Group Technology Compliance function, our Technology Compliance Analysts are responsible for carrying out in-depth audits and analysis of identified risks to non-compliant IT-systems and processes across Computacenter, as well as issuing appropriate recommendations and overseeing effective mitigation actions.


Additionally, you will be maintaining our audit processes and improving our continual control system to provide comprehensive Compliance reports to our stakeholders. You will ensure the required level of compliance is met.


You will therefore be a key player on ensuring that Computacenter becomes a trusted partner for our customers. 

 

Working as a Technology Compliance Analyst you will provide professional and efficient support to the company in meeting the various IT compliance requirements.


You will work on the preparation, planning and execution of IT compliance assessments with subsequent risk assessments and providing reports to the management.

 

You will also support the various business units in meeting IT compliance requirements, as well as mitigating IT compliance risks in IT systems. You will understand strategic risks, identify sources of information, collect, analyse, and produce comprehensive reports to inform your internal stakeholders. 

 

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • You will be the point of contact for internal staff and ensure that you are aware of all applicable IT compliance specifications to our internal systems.
  • You will coordinate the IT compliance requirements with all relevant involved groups. 
  • You will help implement an Internal Control System across the group.
  • You will conduct internal and external audits and prepare reports for senior management

 

What you’ll bring

 

  • University degree or adequate education and previous experience in IT compliance.
  • Experienced or at least familiarised with ICS systems (Internal Control Systems)
  • Ability to work independently but within a team
  • Practical experience in large, multinational organisations
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • French and German are a bonus but not essential
  • Commitment and a fun and enthusiastic approach are essential
