Team Overview

You will be joining the Global Services Backoffice team, which is part of Group Commercial Management. GSBO support our external/internal customers from contract setup in our SAP system, invoicing, managing all transactions between all the Computacenter entities, specialised onsite tasks direct with the customer and data analysis and reporting. The UK team currently has 48 people based in the UK, Budapest and India and is continuing to grow as the business and needs of our customers grow. The GSBO UK team is part of a group that have teams in Germany, France, US, Hungary, In& Netherlands, with new countries continuing to come onboard.

 

Position Summary

This positions sites within our Professional Services (PS) Administration area. You will be responsible for a team that supports our PS business, from reporting, creation of the contracts in SAP. Ensuring that the customer billing has been processed and ensuring that the requests that are received in are processed in the agreed SLA and being the point of contact for the PS business. You will have monthly meetings with the PS business, working with them to ensure that targets are being achieved and discuss any areas of concern or areas for improvement. You will be the first point of contact for any new work requests that will continue to be introduced. The remit of the GSBO team is expected to expand as we move more tasks and services into the team from the wider Computacenter organisation.

 

You will also be asked due to the size of the team to manage some of the GSBO team that are based on customer sites to assists the GSBO UK Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Looking after the Professional Services team and other onsite GSBO Team members.
  • Ensuring that the teams SLA’s are meet.
  • Managing the expectations from the business and looking at ways to continuously improve how we do things.
  • Answering and supporting any general queries that comes into the team, that they themselves are unable to resolve.
  • Run monthly reports
  • Provide support to the GSBO UK Manager.
  • Helping GSBO to continuously grow and develop their team members.
  • Working with multiple teams across Computacenter and Computacenter entities.
  • Attend any account/team meetings as required.
  • Understand and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Responsible for management of resourcing requirements

 

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Good people Management Skills
  • Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information
  • Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Experience of SAP desirable
  • Plans & organises own workload
  • Proven experience of high standards of customer service
  • Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Build effective relationships – internal and external
  • Understanding the cost implications of their actions
  • Ability to work within a virtual team environment as well as independently
  • Quick learner and able to think outside the box.
