Position Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the search and selection of candidates across a variety of skillsets within our business. You will own the complete recruitment lifecycle and be responsible for managing candidates and stakeholders effectively on the journey.

Key Responsibilities
•    Advise and manage stakeholders on recruiting methodology, marketing strategies, current trends and Talent approach
•    Attract skilled, culturally aligned, and diverse candidates to the business via fast and efficient direct search (Boolean). Effective advertising, social media, and all other methods of candidate generation
•    Researching new and innovative methods of attracting talent
•    Conduct candidate assessments – competency based interviewing, CV review and behavioural assessments as required
•    Writing, optimising, and managing job advertisements across various platforms including LinkedIn and Social Media
•    Build and enhance relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues and business leaders  across all areas of Computacenter
•    Position Computacenter as an employer of choice to the Talent market
•    Candidate management via Success Factors ATS 
•    Collaborate with Employer Branding, Marketing, and other relevant HR functions
•    Full ownership of end to end recruiting cycle, providing an exemplary candidate experience and great service levels to the business
•    Strive for best practice, and continual optimisation of recruiting cycle, processes, and tool utilisation 

 

Skills and Qualifications
•    Experience in a similar role either from an internal delivery or recruitment agency 
•    Highly skilled technology recruiter, wide understanding of IT landscape 
•    Familiarity with current market trends and recruitment strategies
•    Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
•    Confident influencer, strong persuasive and advisory skills in order to advise the business on talent strategy
•    Natural relationship builder
•    Candidate experience focussed
