Enterprise Solution Architect (ServiceNow)

As an Enterprise Solution Architect within the CTO Function, you will be leading definitions for high level application/platform architecture helping drive the strategic direction of technology choice and use to support the Computacenter Group organisation. You would also have the accountability for the future roadmap and application/platform direction of many aspects of the Computacenter architectural landscape. The CTO function is in place to support the continued growth of the Computacenter Group and our long-term aspirations as a global value added reseller with global service capabilities including contractual and professional services.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

•             Define and drive the application / platform strategy to support major Computacenter strategic investments through the life of a programme and beyond

•             Lead and develop application/platform roadmaps for the medium and long term of your assigned technologies

•             Support the definition and evolution of the Computacenter IT Strategy

•             Lead knowledge sharing activities and be a regular contributor to team and appropriate business meetings

•             Solution Architects will be the ultimate authority for designing and solution across complex programmes especially where applications/platforms need to integrate with other applications/platforms

•             Develop trusted relationships within the Computacenter business, and across the Group IS organisation

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

•             Knowledge and degrees of detailed understanding of a wide range of technologies and applications/platforms, including but not constrained to;

•             SaaS and on-premise ‘enterprise applications/platforms’

•             ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, BMC, Avaya

•             Experience of having been part of or leading the architecture for moving from on-premise solutions to hybrid or full cloud, including understanding the operational delivery impacts of these transformation not just the technology implications

•             Experience managing relationships within IT, the business and in project contexts

•             Proven ability to architect, design and estimate a wide range of solutions, aligned with the Technology Strategy and Standards
