Life on the team

Service Development and Change are a hybrid function that work within the functional units across the group, from within Group Information Services. We provide a holistic “concept to market” service; or using our Development and Change Framework we can provide components of change as required. The service includes requirement discovery, gap analysis, benefit identification and quantification, full compliance both technical/data and people change, full development lifecycle (technology, process, people and commercial), incubation and early life support.

The team is configured to align with the group structure. Each area led by a Head of Portfolio, supported by a small team of consultants and project managers.

The role

As a Senior Project manager, you will be leading the delivery of major changes to the business as per the assigned mandate from CTO and ensuring major change and service development are delivered to budget, time and quality. A key part of this role is to liaise with the stakeholders contributing to the change and service transformation and deliver service and technical solution working with the resources assigned with diverse skillsets.

What you’ll do

• Build and own the delivery approach for the assigned projects to budget and plan
• Comply and execute the PMO Governance process
• Assess and plan the resources required to deliver the assigned major changes
• Matrix manage the resources assigned to the projects
• Maintain relationships with the contributors to the plan and delivery: operations delivery resources, Commercials and Finance, CTO, Service transition and business stakeholders.

What you’ll need

• Exposure to multi services provider processes and/or ERP features (as a user or within a project delivery)
• Exposure to system integrations, middle ware implementation or support (SAP PI or SAP BTP)
• Exposure to delivering technical projects in a global environment, working with both internal and 3rd party resources.
• Evidenced track record of delivering change projects to desired business outcomes, to time and quality with a thorough understanding of delivery methodologies.
• Experience in creating articulated decks for Exec level and managing reporting to senior stakeholders with clear written and verbal reporting skills, exemplary communication skills.
