You will be joining the Service Development and Group Change function within Computacenter. This function is accountable for the proactive development of standard service offerings and changes aligned to the Group strategy. This includes the development / change, adoption and operational enablement of major programmes, typically over £500k of cost, both internally and for customers directly. 
Due to a large HR Transformation I am looking for a Project Manager to join this function. This individual will be responsible for project managing various HR Systems and tools i.e. but not limited to, SAP: HCM, ESS, MSS, SAP Payroll interfaces and much more. 
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be accountable to mobilise and lead elements of multi-disciplinary major service development / change programmes for Computacenter HR via the Service Development Framework. You will work collaboratively with the HR business function to ensure the HR solutions deliver the outcomes defined in case.
You will define and drive best practice and consistent delivery of service in all locations globally, providing leadership during development by identifying any incremental opportunities
What you need to be successful:
This individual must have experience of managing, deploying and implementing change programmes within HR. You must demonstrate evidence of delivering and deploying SAP HR modules roadmap strategies. You will be able to work collaboratively with other business units, as well as being pro-active in considering how Computacenter can deliver consistent and sustainable HR business system change across the Group.
