You’ll be part of a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Consultancy team, working closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver modern workplace solutions at scale.
Our team operates at the heart of digital transformation—supporting customers as they migrate, modernise, and optimise their environments using Microsoft 365. You’ll work across a variety of industries, gaining exposure to complex challenges including cloud migrations, tenant consolidations, and security enhancements.

What you’ll do
- Work with customers to gather requirements and design Microsoft 365 solutions aligned to business needs
- Deliver end-to-end implementations across services including Entra ID, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Support and deliver digital transformation projects, including on-premise to M365 migrations and tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Provide expertise in security and compliance, including Conditional Access, DLP, and data labelling
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, supporting solution design and customer engagements
- Collaborate with wider teams to ensure successful delivery and handover to support
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
What you’ll need
Strong knowledge of core services including:
- Entra ID
- Microsoft TeamsExchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
- Experience with security and compliance features (Conditional Access, DLP, data labelling)
- Hands-on experience with migration projects, including:
- On-premise to Microsoft 365
- Tenant-to-tenant migrations (e.g. M&A activity)
- Ability to design and implement medium-complexity solutions
