Computacenter - Europe’s largest independent IT services provider, is seeking a Certified SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team
At Computacenter, the SAP Specialist role encompasses the responsibilities of a solution architect, business and systems analyst, and project manager. This multifaceted position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver Projects and work in a fast-paced, agile, and growth-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in IT/HR Projects, HR processes and deep technical expertise in SAP HR. Key to this role will also be an excellent understanding/background in SuccessFactors
What you will do
- Act as a core member of SAP specialist team, the candidate should be able to work independently and be part of a team which demonstrates initiative and work collaboratively across multiple work streams to ensure successful delivery of SAP HCM Projects.
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Projects from Design to deployment of HR Solutions in SAP HCM, Success Factors environment and Integrations between SAP HCM/SuccessFactors to 3rd party Platforms.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR business partners and Service Managers, providing expert guidance on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors capabilities. This will include effort estimation, requirement gathering as part of Discovery, Writing Functional Specifications and then the build, testing and Deployment of Projects/App Enhancements.
- Coordinate with Other SAP Specialist teams and SAP Development team for Cross module delivery of Projects
- Support the Implementation, Integration, and Optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Ensure that HR Solutions developed is consistent with the Computacenter Standard Definition and are stable, scalable and secure
What you will need
- Certified in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and Success Factors modules
- Good understanding of HR processes (Employee lifecycle).
- Ability to run workshops and write Functional Specs as part of Solution design
- Hands on configuration experience in SAP Human Capital Management and Success Factors Employee Central and Talent Modules
- Extensive Integration experience in cross platform development projects
- Able to translate complex technical requirements into actionable specifications that guide project delivery
- Good stakeholder management skills and ability to adapt to your audience
