Senior Business Change Manager

 

Within Computacenter, since the establishment of our differentiating Group ERP systems and Group Operating Model, Computacenter’s Business Change (Industrialization) team has led large business change programmes that effect multiple business functions or countries.  Working closely with designated Global Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts from business functions and Group Information Systems teams the Industrialization team ensures that the end-to-end change objectives are achieved.

 

The Industrialization team works exclusively on Executive sponsored programmes of change utilising the deep knowledge of “How” Computacenter is most effective in working as one team to achieve the goals of our customers, our employees and our shareholders. 

 

This unique function enables change that delivers extensive long-term value, often leading change activity that cannot be achieved by single units working in isolation, often challenging the status quo in the interest of achieving scalable success.

 

With a successful track record of Business Change Implementation, we are now expanding our team and are looking to hire a Senior Business Change Manager to lead Business Change Initiatives within our Business Change Portfolio.

 

“Introduction to Role" 
 

Reporting to the Head of Business Change (Industrialisation) you will

 

  • Work with Business Sponsor(s) to define the scope and Business Value of the Change
  • Be able to translate technical information into a clear and compelling Business narrative for change
  • Prepare, plan and lead implementation of Business Change Initiatives, working collaboratively with teams across the Business to ensure successful implementation
  • Coordinate and plan resource requirements to ensure Change Initiative deadlines are adhered to
  • Estimate Change implementation costs.
  • Where required, manage external third-party stakeholders contributing to implementation of the Business Change
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts and the Industrialisation Communications Manager to prepare the Business for the impact of the changes being implemented
  • Manage risks, issues or barriers to successful implementation, escalating to the Head of Business Change (Industrialisation) as required.
  • Produce Change implementation Plans, reports and other implementation collateral as required
  • Facilitate and host Change implementation Steering and governance meetings.
  • Ensure Business Change implementation is on-time and adheres to Industrialisation Portfolio Change Management Office implementation methodology, governance standards and processes
  • Travel Internationally

 

"Ideal Candidate" 

  • Formal accreditation or certification in Project or Change Management
  • Proven track-record in implementing large-scale Business Change initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience of leading and influencing others
  • Demonstrated well-developed stakeholder management skills and experience of successfully building relationships and networks with a diverse range of people to achieve collaboration, develop common goals and implement significant Business Change outcomes.
  • Ability to work within a team-oriented global culture
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information under pressure
  • Ability to be flexible and multi-task on a daily basis
  • Have an awareness of both organisational design and development impacts when managing and implementing Business Change in an organisation
  • Confidence that you can thrive in a fast-paced Business Change environment
  • Experience in delivering ERP or other large-scale IT-related Business Change is beneficial.
