Senior Business Systems Analyst – Product and Sales Systems

In the Senior Specialist role, you will elicit, define, and deliver change to elate our internal stakeholders as well as our customers. Working in a hybrid role (in the office when you need to be, or want to be, else working from home) you will work closely with the stakeholders in our technology sourcing business, to analyse, develop and innovate solutions on our web shop, quoting and ordering systems and a significant number of other home-grown applications and platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Operational Delivery function, where as part of a growing team, you will be given autonomy and freedom in your role to help shape and drive Computacenter’s vision. 

 

Your Skills
•    Analytical thinker with strong commercial awareness.
•    Demonstrable experience in defining and driving change across multiple platforms.
•    Able to work with stakeholders to define use cases, user journeys.
•    Understand the stakeholder perspective but be prepared to challenge the status quo.
•    Able to clearly articulate clear requirements to internal teams, development partners, and offshore teams.
•    Able to recognise business challenge, investigate where we can leverage our platforms, run POC’s and present those opportunities back to our stakeholders.
•    Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•    Work closely with development teams to ensure that required outcomes are realised, extensible and are consistent with the Computacenter strategy and systems roadmap.
•    Excellent analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.

 

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience, ideally working across a range of different platforms and technologies. You will need to have expert knowledge of requirements gathering, running POC’s, working with user stories/journeys, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills. This role will require occasional travel overseas to other CC locations.

 

Advantageous:
•    E-Commerce, or order management/supply chain experience.
•    UX design experience (including prototyping/mock ups).
•    SAP E-Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and/or Salesforce.
•    Understanding of integration (applications/middleware)
•    Cloud service integration.
•    Background in applications development (developer experience).
