Life on the team
responsible for managing, planning and implementation for key organisational initiatives as assigned by CCO to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Overseeing and managing high priority initiatives aligned to the GTS objectives that champion the needs of our employees, internal and external stakeholders.
•    Develop and create purposeful proposals that will deliver against the
CCO’s strategies. Working with team and business stakeholders to agree position before signing off. 
•    Monitor timescales with relevant internal and external participants, driving forward the appropriate action and responses, and driving continuous improvement.
•     Directing steering groups to help identify, establish, and overcome business challenges.
Ensure effective relationships and communication with partners or external stakeholders, i.e customers,  and that
CCO/ GTS business objectives, the USP we offer, and the inflight initiatives are understood. 

•    Ensuring effective communication and reporting to the senior leadership team.
•    GTS vision and USP are clearly engrained – top down and bottom up. 


What you'll do
•    GTS vision and purpose - Work within the GTS Leadership Team to create, agree and communicate our vision. 
Key Levers - Identify and prioritise strategic opportunities to grow the business and manage any associate risks. i.e., customer improvement plans, partner acceleration.

•    Decision making framework - Create and measure (on-going) the analysis of data and KPI lead indicators, to assist effective decision-making and strategic planning. i.e. operational costs optimisation; LTS, GPM, SG&A etc.
•    Engagement - Generate insights and ideas for
CCO to further develop leadership profile within and outside the organisation e.g., organisation of relevant leadership events.
o    Develop tangible and compelling themes and messages for internal and external consumption.
o    Leverage the virtual and or direct teams for effective delivery of strategic or tactical plans.
Future Talent – emerging talent programme designed to attract and develop the next generation of business leaders.

Identify appropriate team structure and roles.
Lead and develop direct team to create a high-performance culture
