The Sales Enablement Advisor is responsible for the planning and management of the sales associate programme in the UK, reporting directly into the Head of Associate Programme for Europe. You will be responsible for working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key programme activities are delivered against plan to ensure we attract recruit and develop our sales associates to be industry leading salespeople. The role is based in the UK but there will be some travel required around the UK and Europe.
What you'll do
As the Sales Enablement Advisor, Associate Programmes Europe, you will be responsible for;
- Overseeing all associate programme recruitment activities in the UK, working closely with the Future Talent team and Head of Associates to ensure recruitment activities are on track to deliver against programme requirements.
- Supporting projects aligned with the European Sales Associate Programme strategy to standardise and adopt best practices across Europe.
- Supporting with the planning and organising of rotations and onboarding and rotation activities in the UK.
- Leading Reporting and Automation efforts in Europe, aiming to reduce admin and enhance data insights.
- Gathering feedback from associates and other key internal and external stakeholders to continuously enhance our personnel, programmes, and processes.
- Developing content for external recruitment marketing and internal intranet sites.
- Managing the UK Associate team shared mailbox and handling queries.
- Coordinating internal and external events, including assessment centres, offsite training sessions, partner events, and various other engagements.
- Other ad hoc projects as required.
What you'll need
- Excellent Interpersonal, communication and analytical skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
- Previous experience managing external suppliers an internal service provider (HR, Early careers recruitment)
- Understanding of the early career’s recruitment marking within the UK
- Excellent organizational, time management and ability to multitask, managing multiple tasks and deadlines at once without losing focus.
- Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Keen interest in development of talent
- Previous programme management of programs, including continuous improvement
- Proactive and motivated, taking ownership and seeing things through to completion.
