Are you an experienced Project Manager who can lead delivery across a busy environment, bring structure to complex activity, and drive outcomes through effective planning, governance and stakeholder engagement? TSI EU is looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of project delivery, manage scope, plans, risks, issues, dependencies and milestones, and work closely with sponsors, business owners and cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes are delivered, embedded and sustained.

What you'll do

• Lead projects and business change initiatives through the full lifecycle, from discovery and definition to delivery, transition and closure.
• Work with sponsors and business owners to define scope, outcomes, success measures, benefits and clear ownership.
• Build and maintain plans, milestones and resource requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and changes to scope, escalating constraints with clear recommendations.
• Assess the impact of change on people, processes and systems, and plan effective communications, engagement, training and readiness activity.
• Support adoption and operational handover so that new processes and ways of working are embedded and sustained.
• Analyse end-to-end processes, performance data and root causes to identify improvement opportunities and inform evidence-based decisions.
• Produce clear project updates, dashboards, and governance documentation for sponsors and senior leaders.
• Agree benefit measures, establish baselines and track outcomes through to project closure.
• Apply consistent project, change, quality and information security standards while capturing lessons learned and improving delivery practices.

What you'll need

• Proven experience delivering projects and business change in a complex, cross-functional organisation, with measurable business outcomes.
• A strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including scope, planning, resources, governance, risk, issue and change control.
• Practical experience of stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications, readiness, and adoption.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using operational data, KPIs and root cause analysis to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Experience creating dashboards and management reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including coordinating delivery across teams and countries without direct line authority.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to prioritise based on business value, impact, effort, risk and capacity.
• Strong communication, facilitation and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain momentum, resolve challenges and establish clear accountability.
