We’re looking for a Practice Lead (Delivery Lead) to take ownership of project delivery excellence, lead a team of Project Managers, and ensure we continue to deliver outstanding results to our Enterprise client base.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and line manage a team of up to 20 Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery of customer engagements.
- Take full commercial and contractual responsibility for project outcomes.
- Drive assurance, governance, and customer satisfaction across all engagements.
- Continuously evolve and innovate the Practice’s capabilities to align with business strategy.
- Support business growth by developing competitive, standardised, and market-relevant service offerings.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise across internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage team operations and financial performance to meet targets and improve productivity.
- Foster a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, and effective performance management.
- Deliver projects within contracted service accounts, ensuring quality and consistency.
What You’ll Need
- Recent experience leading the delivery of large-scale projects, ideally within a professional services organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project financials and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop individuals and teams.
- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with sales, service delivery, and service development teams.
