An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partner Manager to join our dynamic and fast paced GMS Partner Management team. The successful individual will be responsible for providing qualification of our Managed Print opportunities and delivering in life Partner Management including Commercial and Contractual management of our partner network within the Managed Services businesses. The role is highly varied and will operate across the Computacenter Group to manage sales opportunities requiring partner outcomes, interfacing with internal and Partner stakeholders. The role provides subject matter expertise to enable growth in global managed services where partner services are a critical part of our overall service offering. Supporting the growth of key partnerships that drive business growth, innovation, and customer value.

 

 

What you’ll do 

 

 

 

  • Collaborate with the Sales teams to support in the pre-sales stage of bids and into transition and run.
  • Manage Partner onboarding for new services, ensuring contractual set up and service readiness for international and domestic customers.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with Managed Service Partners.  Driving and monitoring Partner compliance, governance and continuous improvement.
  • Commercially manage the partner eco-system, balancing costs and quality to drive competitive advantage.
  • Oversee Partner contracts, rate cards, and contractual changes to maintain alignment with our standards and business needs.
  • Contribute to internal change initiatives and global service improvement within GMS Partner Management function.
  • International travel may be required occasionally.

 


What you’ll need

 

 

  • Proven experience managing commercial and contractual relationships with Partners, ideally in a global context.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
  • Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering high service standards.
  • Ability to learn, develop and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach, ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
