Operations Specialst

Your new role

You will be working with our Group Service Desk and will be responsible for driving channels and reducing our cost to serve and increase customer satisfaction, focusing around implementing automation and meeting targets around customer self-service and time spent troubleshooting with teams.  You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and supporting the development of the Practices and Capabilities, justifying proof-of-concepts to senior levels of management and driving transformation across the board of our service desk practice. The core focus of this position is to reduce costs within our service desk centers, designing orders of magnitude in terms of costs, savings and returns on investment.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

We are looking for people with strong operational experience and the ability to demonstrate where you have driven service improvements in a customer environment. You should forge strong working relationships and maintain proximity to the operation having strong stake holder management skills and a collaborative approach to engagement. Strong networking skills within Group Delivery and Computacenter are fundamental to this position as well as experience of running virtual team and managing in a matrix managed environment. Past experience of leading change within service desk environments and an understanding of the complexities of the respective supporting technologies such as ticketing systems in also paramount to your success in this position.
