We are looking for a Logistics Transformation Manager to help shape, simplify and improve the way logistics operations perform across systems, processes, data and applications. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines a strong logistics background with the logical ability to investigate difficult problems, identify root causes and create clear, workable solutions that deliver better service, control, efficiency and agility.

You will join a logistics-focused environment where operational performance, data-led insight and practical delivery matter. Working closely with logistics, warehouse, technology, programme and supplier teams, you will help improve how issues are understood, decisions are made and change is delivered. The role will suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail, challenging assumptions objectively and turning complexity into clear actions and sustainable outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Lead structured investigations into complex logistics, process, system and data issues.
• Use logical thinking, evidence and analysis to understand root causes and create practical solutions to difficult problems.
• Analyse operational performance, trends, risks and opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations.
• Map and improve end-to-end workflows across logistics and warehouse operations, helping to simplify processes and strengthen controls.
• Work with operational, technology, programme and supplier teams to support solution design, implementation and adoption.
• Present objective, evidence-based recommendations that help stakeholders make confident decisions.
• Track progress and outcomes, ensuring improvements lead to measurable benefits in service, quality, productivity and control.

What you’ll need

• A strong background in logistics, ideally including warehouse operations, stock control, goods-in/goods-out, inventory movement or logistics systems.
• Proven experience in business operations, logistics transformation, operational improvement, programme support or a comparable analytical role.
• Logical problem-solving ability, with the confidence to work through complex issues, test assumptions and develop workable solutions.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to interpret large or complex datasets and turn insight into action.
• Experience working across systems, processes, applications and data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical or operational information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence across logistics, technology, programme and supplier teams.
• A delivery mindset, focused on measurable outcomes, sustainable change and improved operational performance.
