Logistics Supervisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a supervisor/ team lead in the Maintenace Device service Warehouse, supporting break fix contracts, you will be supporting our customers with the supply and receipt of materials from our warehouse. You will report directly to the operational manager, supporting him with queries, escalations and ensuring SLA demand is met for both internal and external customer requirements. You will need to have high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. You will have experience in stock control management, Warehouse management systems (SAP an advantage), and experience with inventory would be highly desirable. To be successful in the role you will be a great team leader, able to influence and drive performance in yourself and others. Working in a high-pressure environment to tight deadlines to meet business objectives. You will need strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to prioritise workloads and direct your team effectively to achieve objectives. 

 

Monday – Friday working hours 11:00 – 19:00 

37.5 Hours per week

  • Management of Productivity, progression

  • Be an ambassador for the department during the FLS Tours 
  • Must have a desire to improve and offer alternative ways of working that offer increased service or cost savings 
  • Be able to adapt to change and deliver against tight deadlines and business demands 
  • Must live and breathe the core values of 6S and Lean sigma Workplace Organisation  
  • Work within the ISO9001 standards
