Junior Salesforce Administrator

Job Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join us at an exciting time. The successful candidate will join at the early stages of our Salesforce journey. You will have the opportunity to work on a growing platform which will include Salesforce CRM and CPQ, helping to deliver real business change. The administrator will work closely with multiple Computacenter teams and external vendors, to deliver change and support the platform.

Duties of the role:

The successful candidate will join an established team with a mixed skill set and enjoy good collaboration with teams across multiple countries around broad time zones. The role will be a mixture of support, release management and small change requests. There will be opportunities to progress for the right individual who is keen to drive their development.

Qualifications Experience
•    Good communication skills
•    Experience in supporting a Salesforce platform for a medium to large enterprise
•    Salesforce Administrator Cert (ADM201) as a minimum, Advanced Administrator (ADM301) or Platform App Builder (CRT402) are an advantage.
•    Experience working in a multi-tier support structure and managing tickets within SLA
•    Experience effectively managing users in day to day incidents
•    Experience in communicating to stakeholders in high priority incidents
•    Experience coordinating and executing code releases to salesforce environments
•    Experience supporting release tooling for Salesforce

Ideal Candidate  

•    Salesforce certified
•    Good Communication skills
