Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of our International
Business Management Graduate Programme. This 9 month fast-track development
programme, centred in the UK and Germany but working across our Group, is designed to accelerate the most talented individuals into the world of IT service delivery. This unique journey could be
the start of the rest of your career.

Based on our customers sites, our Service Managers are the front line of our business.
Collaborating globally across business units, both internally and externally, you will be able to articulate our full portfolio of services and solutions and work with our customers to ensure that their business needs and demands are met.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
• Induction period learning about our business, with insight and training on our core functions,
to understand our offerings to customers
• Join a handpicked cohort of internal staff to form a Service Management Academy, following our in-depth Computacenter development pathway
• Focus on “in role” learning of IT Service Management
• On successful completion of the programme, you’ll be offered a role as an IT Service
Manager within Computacenter’s Global Service Management business
• Programme runs from July to March
• Designated mentors and coaches as your support network throughout the programme

become world-class Service Management professionals and build successful careers, including:
• International business experience

• Understanding the role of Service Management in managing customer contracts successfully
• Becoming a business leader in the IT sector
• Preparing yourself for a customer facing role with some of the largest public and private
sector enterprises in the world
• Developing and strengthening your strategic thinking and problem solving skills.

 

WHAT CRITERIA DO I NEED TO MEET TO APPLY?
• A minimum of 2:1 honours degree in any discipline*
• Self-motivated individuals with an interest in IT/technology and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Great team player with the ability to build strong professional working relationships
• Ambition, enthusiasm and a drive to succeed
