Internal Content Creator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Content Creator to join Computacenter. You will be responsible for creating and managing content and communications for the legal and compliance department. You must have the ability to create and tailor communications to adopt the correct tone suited to the audience. You will be required to use initiative and to present ideas to Head of GLC Operations that would improve communications. Working as a team is essential to ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of upcoming campaigns. 


Accountabilities:


SharePoint site/page creation and management, website content management (30%)
•    Creation of new internal SharePoint sites as the department changes and expands to ensure information is presented to the business in a clear and consistent way. 
•    Manage current SharePoint pages to ensure changes are in line with set standards. 
•    Work with the web team to manage legal and compliance content on our external website. 
•    Produce high quality, engaging copy that will resonate with the target audiences. 
•    Optimize content in line with plans. 
•    Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content. 

 

Communications (50%)
•    Creation of communications at various levels.
•    Organise intranet articles and banners, taking a multi-channel; approach to all communications.
•    Work with Head of GLC Operations to create and adhere to annual communications plan.
•    Assist Legal and Compliance management team in the creation of presentations/content to the business. 

 

Administration & Communication (20%) 
•    Translation of communications and notification of relevant communications to Works Councils
•    Tracking of all released communications 

 

Knowledge and Key Skills:

 

Essential:
•    Skilled in SharePoint online 
•    Capacity for self-motivation
•    Excellent attention to detail 
•    Excellent communication skills 
•    Proficient in Visio 
•    Skilled in all MS office packages
•    Confident appearance, structured action 
•    Flexibility, commitment, quick comprehension
•    English language, written and spoken
•    Ability to adapt communicative style to audience. 

 

Desirable:
•    Work experience (at least 2 years)
