Inside Sales Business Change Manager

What you will be doing 


  • Plan business changes and innovation projects, especially in internal sales, and implement them.
  • Evaluate and interpret internal and external inquiries about changes in terms of feasibility, potential for improvement and effort in internal sales processes.
  • Identify the process and tool improvements, as well as dependencies with other teams or tools in the projects.
  • Plan and carry out test scenarios.
  • Support day-to-day business with complex issues relating to sales processes, tools and systems.
  • Work within a team together with other departments and at group level.
  • Ensure know-how transfer within the team.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and Computacenter-internal end-to-end processes.


What you will bring


  • At least three years' experience in internal sales or comparable qualification
  • Sound IT knowledge of SAP
  • Good knowledge of the dependencies between internal sales, logistics and purchasing
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • Analytical and systematic skills and way of thinking
  • Motivated and able to motivate others - Good time management - Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure even in stressful situations
  • Initiative to develop and expand knowledge
  • Any German and/or French language skills would be hugely advantageous
