What you'll do

• Overseeing all assets coming into the workshop and liaising with distribution teams to resolve discrepancies
• Conducting regular audits and maintaining accurate asset tracking
• Coordinating with service teams to secure repair approvals from customer accounts
• Ordering and distributing parts to enable timely and quality repairs
• Managing return parts, logging service calls, and maintaining clean and organized workspaces
• Supporting stock management sessions and implementing 6S standards to drive efficiency
• You'll be a crucial link in ensuring customers receive their devices on time and to the highest standard
