What you’ll do

Computacenter’s Information Services Graduate Programme offers four exciting pathways, each designed to help you build the skills you need for a successful career in tech. At the final stage of the selection process, we’ll work with you to identify the pathway that best matches with your strengths and interests. Whichever route you take, we’re looking for graduates who are curious, collaborative, and passionate about technology and continuous improvement.

Below, you’ll find more information about the different pathways available through our programme-and the teams you could be joining.

  • Business Process Improvement- Support business process mapping, analysis, and improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Build expertise in continuous improvement and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Technology Engineering- Learn to design, build, test, and deploy secure, scalable solutions using DevSecOps and agile principles. Collaborate across teams to drive innovation and accelerate business outcomes.
  • Digital Experience- Drive adoption of workplace technologies by developing campaigns, gathering user feedback, and creating training materials that enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Innovation & Emerging Tech- support business analysis, strategy, and innovation by coordinating projects, researching emerging topics, contributing to idea generation and prototyping, and collaborating across Tech Consulting and Business Analysis

As part of the programme, you’ll follow a structured development plan tailored to your chosen pathway and career goals. You’ll have the opportunity to gain industry recognised qualifications that will support your personal and professional development.
