Life on the team
We are looking for a Group Manager eCommerce Customer Enablement m/f/d to lead an international team for the design and implementation of eCommerce solutions for our customers. In this role, you will lead a European team of consultants who will act as a single point of contact for clients in all eCommerce matters related to the development and implementation of our eCommerce solutions. Your main task will be to ensure that all processes in your area of responsibility are effectively designed and continuously improved to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency. This includes coordinating all assignments with your team, supporting the coordination of non-standard solutions and contributing to the corresponding further development of the teams and our solutions. Since you are an expert in e-procurement solutions yourself, you will also support your teams in particularly demanding customer projects directly at the customer's site. You will work closely with Sales and Group Management and have a key role at the interface between different countries and teams.

- You coordinate all assignments with your teams and ensure that the appropriate qualification profiles are used for each request.
- You will develop an effective team structure to ensure smooth business operations.
- You will be responsible for setting goals, coaching and training employees/teams in your field.
- You will participate in meetings with sales and management and represent your area.
- ensure that other business units operate according to the Group's operating model.

- You are responsible for effective escalation management.

What you'll need
- You have at least 7 years of experience in eCommerce, a strong business acumen, extensive industry knowledge and know the eCommerce sector very well.
- Your good communication skills underline your professional appearance and you are a natural talent in negotiations and escalation management.
- You are characterized by a high degree of self-motivation, sustainability and implementation strength and you enjoy working in international teams.
- You have experience in leading a team and managing at a distance, but you also like to travel and have a good understanding of culture.
